Had recall work done on my driver seat belt on my 2014 Silverado great service as usual less than one hour wait.

Excellent service was proved to us with prompt,efficient and knowledgeable personnel in all aspects making it a very good experience overall.

Service was very good but when I returned home I noticed damage to the exterior "posts" of the drivers door and the drivers side rear door that were not there when I took the car in - I returned immediately to Wheaton and told Bryan the Service Advisor what I had found. He came out to the Equinox to look at the damage and went in to get someone from the Body Shop to see it, two gentlemen came out, looked at it and said they had reviewed video that is taken when the vehicle is brought in and that the damage was not there before; so he said they would order the two pieces of what I call "door posts" and call me when they come in. When this is complete I would be happy to do another " experience sharing ".Tthank you Eric Salminen.

The service managers know and greet me by name and make sure my vehicles are looked after promptly with reasonable costs.
