final work completed good - but took 2 1/2 weeks and we had to phone regularly to get updates
good repair of vehicle - like how clean it came back - but was disappointed in the length of time it took as we were told it would be only about 3 or 4 days and it was there for 2 1/2 weeks - we had to phone for updates as we weren't contacted when there were going to be delays
WOULD REALLY LIkE TO GIVE 31/2 stars as it was better then ok but not really excellent
Personal friendly, polite, and courteous. Service was timely as promised..Covid 19 procedures nicely followed
during check in and during payment procedures.
Waiting room handled nicely..
