We had to bring the truck back a couple of times but the staff continued to work with us until the issue was resolved. We appreciated the commitment of the team.
3 times taken my cars in and not once has it been completed properly.
Taken car in for 3 different issues and not once have I had a marginally satisfactory experience. Had a body shop issue and the rust spot they were supposed to fix in less than a month was back again. Took it in for a brake problem and again got it back and within a week the brakes were doing the same thing.
A 5 year old vehicle and took it in for what was told was a minor repair and am coming out with a hefty bill?
There is nothing good about this dealership go somewhere else, if I could give less than 1 I would.
