Very good exerpience with Wayne.

Wayne is a very nice respectful man. However, his counter partner that helped us until Wayne got there was a little rude and offsetting which almost lost Wayne the sale. I believe his name was Arthur. The only complaint I have with the vehicle was that the tires were almost bald so I will have to replace the tires which was a hardship as it is Winter.

Oil Cahnge/Warranty work

Oil Change and warranty work was done quickly and Jeff was fantastic to deal with. He was also very efficient and courteous. Thanks alot Jeff

New 2018 Silverado

Excellent service, went above and beyond to unsure I had everything I wanted and made it all work with the after markert features I wanted to add in, always kept me informed with what was going on.

Appointment Time......means nothing.

I called on Saturday and made an appointment to bring in my vehicle of Tuesday am 7:30. The vehicle ended up getting towed on Monday night with keys dropped on Monday night. It didn’t actually even get looked at until Thursday afternoon. When I book an appointment anywhere else I get seen the same day if not close to time I come in. 2.5 days later is not acceptable.
