Found that when I asked when I made an appointment where i went, that I was told the big doors. Not what side of the building, etc. I arrived to get an oil change and really no one paid attention to as I was standing there. Then as I walked over to someone and asked, they just told me to bring the car, not saying what door. There was no instructions to when I returned as to were to go before getting the car. So, basically, instruction for a first timer was vague.
