Bought two vehicles from this dealership over time and also took my diesel into them for headgaskets replacement, anyways! I recently brought my newest purchase 2019 colorado back to the dealership for warranty issues (not fixed yet) and this last time was asked to fill out a survey! Which I did.
BUT after I filled it out according to MY personal experience I recieved a message from the service writer threatening me he deserved a perfect score. I scored you on your actions. I had questions about repairs made and all you could say was the boys in the back were magical.
And when I came in to pick up my diesel after head gaskets replacement and wanted to go over it, you had no time for me. Telling me "i have to go my wife is waiting in the car for me".
I'm curious where my survey is for that service job preformed?
I Couldn't even get an apology from "the service writer".
After driving vehicle found and letting sit for approximately 20 minutes vehicle would not start. On Dec. 21, 2020 it was determined ignition relay needed to be replaced, Extended warranty was used. On February 4, 2021 problem occurred again.
