My two main issues with experience is:
1. The communication that was promised to update my truck repair status was poor. I initiated all of the calls.
2. There was no follow up from The service department. With this type of mechanical engine failure I would expect someone to do such.

Jeff once again provided up to date information to us as we had to leave vehicle in Regina. Delivered to our daughter & she has been driving vehicle this week with no issues. Thank you for your efficiency.
