Dealing with Stop23 was a much better experience then I have had with other dealerships. I was never rushed into buying while Chad was very helpful. I would recommend speaking with him if in the market for a new or used vechile.
Was having issues finding the car that I wanted in my city, decided I mite have to go out of town to get what I want. Best decision I made. As soon as I arrived at Stop 23 salesman Chris was very helpful by having the car ready for me to check out indoors since there was a blizzard outside. The car was exactly how the salesman described over the phone. Chris and Bill were very honest and made the deal happen and made sure I was happy with it. Everyone I came in contact with at stop 23 was courteous and made my car purchase a pleasant experience, couldn't of been better time unless the car was free!
When my husband and I went into stop 23 I wasn't sure what kind of SUV I wanted, chris took his time to show us all of our options and explained everything about each brand. He always stayed after his hours and came in early tonget the deal alltogeyher !
We decided on a Sunday to go look at a specific vehicle and two hours later with no hassle we had purchased it. Enjoyed the experience a lot and am very happy with my new purchase.
