Started off good, now still waiting for a reply.
Truck was delivered late and without the tonneau cover. Now can't get a reply from Bill. Such a small detail that ruined an otherwise good experience.

We spoke on the phone and it was agreed that we would send you a cheque to cover the cost of a new tono cover, because of the distance to Stop 23 from where you live.

Very professional and was able to get what we needed.
Bill was very professional and was willing to show or get the vehicle that we wanted. He had the answers to the questions we had right away without hesitation. He was also able and willing to go above and beyond in getting us into the type of vehicle we wanted. Great experience each and every time we have been there.

We felt like we weren't told the truth.
We called and said that we were gonna keep my truck instead of trading it in. And the salesman forgot to tell the others that. My husband was gone with work for 2 weeks so there was lots of time to fix the mistake. Nothing was done about and my truck was presold. Also we were told that the Jeep was taken out and had been refueled but there was 3/4 of a tank same as when we test drove.

Thanks for your purchase.
There are many things that make for a good deal for both customer and dealership. Such things as trade value, terms of finance, and price of the vehicle purchased. We had a signed order and all terms were agreed upon on your bill of sale. This included the trade. Unfortunately the terms of any contract cannot be cancelled or it could unravel the whole deal. I hope you enjoy your new Grand Cherokee.

very great people to work with
i was slightly disappointed in the cleanliness of the vehicle i bought , i don't think they got it in for a final cleaning before i picked it up and the sales guy didn't mention it, i would have taken it back for cleaning but had it booked for a under oiling at crown and they did a free cleaning for me

Professional, respectful, knowledgeable and curtious.
I came in to view/test drive a pick up truck initially saw on auto trader. I contacted Randy to set up an appointment and he prepared the vehicle with plates and safety so that if I liked it, I could drive it home back to Markham.
