I have dealt with Stop23 for many years and have always found their service top rate and this experience was no different.
I purchased a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium from Chris Hoffele. He was very knowledgeable about the product and seemed truly interested in whether I was satisfied. Since then he has followed up to make sure I am familiar with the many electronic features on the vehicle.

I bought a cheap small car privately that needed some work before it would pass safety. So I had the car appraised at market value to save on tax, and Bill Murray was very helpful in getting it done quickly ( I think it was the same day I spoke to him to see if he would do that). I needed to get the car safetied, Justin in the service department was very accommodating as to how we get the work done for the safety. I did some of the parts replacement myself, but Justin was great at making sure everything was done 100%. Give them a solid 5 stars for customer service, especially I hadn't even bought the car from them! So good job Stop 23, I will be back.
