I purchased my car from Chad and had an overall excellent experience. He worked with my dad and I so that we both easily understood the financing and felt that it was fair. He was also nice enough to be upfront about a scratch he noticed on the car that wasn't touched up properly, and let me come back to have it repaired free of charge. Overall I'm very impressed with Chad and Stop 23.

Chad Werth was an excellent help working with us to find the vehicle we really wanted. His ever growing knowledge of the industry was refreshing and his patience with us as we searched for the right car was impressive. We will work with Chad and the team at Stop23 for our next ride! Hats off to Stop 23 Auto Sales. Chris Hoffele was most helpful in assisting me with my purchase. He was impressively knowledgeable above every truck he showed me and wasn't pushy. Through my whole experience not once did I feel I was being pursuaded but rather every decision was mine to make one my own. It felt like Chris was there to give me knowledge and not just to "make a sale". From finding the perfect truck for me to finding the right financing plan, Chris walked me thru each step in full explanation of every little detail and made my purchase a comfortable one. Thumbs up also to the safety techs and regular maintenance techs for ensuring that everything was not only proper mechanically but was above the nominal standard. And finally high fives to the detailing staff for making sure every nook and cranny were also above nominal standard. All in all a very pleasurable experience.
