Relaxed no-pressure buying experience.
Purchase of new car was made very straightforward. No pressure, no hidden costs and no attempt to upscale. We were professionally assisted to buy the car we spaced and wanted.

Sales experience
Twice I visited looking for a car. I felt like an imposition on the sales team. Offers were confusing my concerns were dismissed. I wanted a different sales person . Once he wrote the contract I never heard from him again, not hello goodbye thank you for your business etc....That being said Kathleen was great to deal with. So was Simon who actually delivered the car
