Key fob assistance
Received some great service with respect to manually opening my Macan GTS door and then putting the key fob back together ( I broke it apart accidentally).

Great service and done well
The car was in for it's first service prior to storing for the winter. The service advisor was polite and explained the service. He was able to verify the service was covered under the maintenance plan. I was able to watch the technician from the window and saw he was very methodical during service and had his full attention and care. I'm fully satisfied with the level of detail and service provided.

Outstanding
professional and not pushy. Understood my needs. Clear and efficient. Provided attnetion to details for the rims and made the subcontractpr to redo his job as he was not satisfied with it, which I appreciated

Mike has always come through when a request was made from us.
From storing the Boxster for the winter season or finding me a car to drive when I had already traded my vehicle Mike has always been helpful dealing with us.
