2015 gmc
ripped of on a warranty issue that gm should have taken care of this is the second time that this has happened it is doubtful that i will by gm an if i do it will not be from murray in moose jaw .i have purchased over 30 new gm products in my life but if gm is not willing to look after there customers i will try some other brands.

I had to have a tire replaced due to an irreparable hole in the side. The replacement was covered by warranty and the new tire was installed in record time!!

Overcharged and didn’t complete work
Truck went in for new tcm and a winter service special. Charged me more than they quoted me for tcm and told me they did me a favour by charging less time even though it takes 10 minutes and it can be done while doing the oil change. They didn’t rotate my tires which were way over due and told me they looked ok. There’s no way you can charge shop time for changing oil and reprogramming a tcm when it’s done at the same time.

I brought my truck in for a warranty issue and Murray’s fixed it and it was polite prompt service
My def indicator was stuck on 24% no matter what the level was so Murray’s did some kind of software reset and it is not showing 24% now but it shows ok, so time will tell if it’s working properly as the level changes.
