SHELDON WAS VERY HELPFUL - ALLOWING ME TO TEST DRIVE 2 DIFFERENT VEHICLES. THEN WITH THE PURCHASE, WE SET UP ON-STAR AND HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS OF THE VEHICLE. WE TOOK A TOUR OF THE DEALERSHIP. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.
