It was great fast and respectful, no problems feel safe in my truck after a visit to Murrays I can't complain

Incorrect installed car seat in shuttle, can't book oil change spots no courtesy cars
Described above. Car seat in shuttle is installed wrong and looks very old (expired?) no courtesy cars and can't book spots for oil changes for out of town customers.

Transmission update for hard shifting was not comopleted in first visit - had to rebook
i was expecting an update that would be cpompleted in a day however it was not. Staff was very curtious
