A very positive, easy purchase and experience.
The salesman, Sheldon, was very patient when looking for the vehicle we wanted. We came in knowing which cadillac we wanted, it was to find one with what we wanted in the vehicle, locate one or order one. Luckily he found one that suited us in Alberta. He knew a lot about the car which was helpful. We had done some of our own looking and knew quite a bit about the XT5. What a positive experience!
