I had to ask them if they were doing the oil change because they parked it outside as soon as I left for a walk; then they moved it back in; seemed suspicious because there was no one else waiting.
It seemed like they weren’t going to do the oil change, and if I hadn’t been out for a walk I wouldn’t have known.

Excellent service
I work a few hours away from Moose Jaw, but Sheldon, Justin, and Jason all worked together to process my information and find me the vehicle I wanted without my presence there. When I showed up to GM, I was welcomed with smiles and greetings from numerous staff and Sheldon took me for a walk through of the truck I purchased step by step.
Overall excellent service, quality people, and I look forward to working with you again in the future!

Got told a story
I brought my truck in with an oil pressure issue. Yes with no appointment. Your service department said they couldn’t look at it for a day or so , which is ok . When they figured the problem and the parts were on order I got a phone call by one of your mechanics that they were in mid day and they would try to get my truck in by the end of the day or the next day would be completed. Which again is ok with me just be honest if you can’t work on it . Called the end of day the next day when they said it would be done. I talked to one of your supervisors then and he said they would have it done the next day .
Which again is fine when your being honest ,this is now Friday your supervisor said they would have it done at the end of day Friday . Do I have the car back That a friend loaned me for the week that your company said they could fix my truck . I also live out of town and my wife works nights. When I called Friday at the end of day your mechanic said that they didn’t not work on my truck at all. Why did I not get a phone call if you were to busy .after all this I would have paid a tow truck and got somebody else to fix . I will not be taking
Anything back to you and I’m going to let all my friends know what service I had from you and let gmc Canada know what service I have had from Murray GM . This wasn’t the first time but I’m thinking it’s the last .
