Our first visit to Murray GM was a positive buying experience.
Our salesman, Sheldon, listened to what we were looking to buy and worked very hard to find us the specific Cadillac we wanted.. Once we decided on making the purchase, he spent lots of time going through the vehicle with us .
We found the entire team of people to,be very friendly.

car was in for service app't-
car was in for oil change and full inspection , found that tires and wheel alignment were needed. Tires came from Regina, and work was done promptly

Went beyond my expectation of replacing one floor mat, with replacement of all four.
Already mentioned above. Service is typically more than I expect. Parts and service departments are both more than satisfactory. I am glad to give Murray GM a “thumbs up” to my friends.

Totally satisfied
Alissa is always pleasant and helpful whenever i come to the dealership for service. If she can't answer a question she asks me to hang on and finds out the answer. When my vehicle is done it is in the service reception area or by where i am sitting, due to my mobility issues she usually brings the vehicle to me.
