My experience was very satisfying.
I was looking for a used Equinox and was thrilled that Mike Ward acquired one, although he is a new car manager. It is in EXCELLENT condition. The finance manager Jason Sather was very helpful with all our questions and Sheldon did a very good job in showing me the options. So far I'm loving the way my new vehicle handles and expect many happy years driving it.

one thing that disapoints me is that you do not wash vehicle after they have serviced.
In the last ten years I have owned your new vehicles,ford truck,lincoln SUV,BMW,& now a GMC. When ever they were in for service they came out washed.BMW was cleaned inside & windows cleaned.Wonder why GMC dealers do not do that. Service is one thing that is considered in purchasing a new vehicle.

It was a walk-in appt that day; and we were treated in a very courteous, professional manner
We had received an OnStar diagnostic message that the tire pressures on our Terrain were low and should be checked. We pulled in for a walk-in appointment - and were greeted in a friendly manner and received immediate attention and service!
