Vehicle is under warranty even though I am second owner, so everything was explained as to what the procedure requires. Handled kindly and respectfully. So far, so good, I have an appointment for a warranty repair this week, hopefully the service will be the same. Thank you.

It was good
Just an oil change & I needed Cheri to pair my cell phone & set my key fob so the horn would sound when I locked the car (I know I should do these things myself but appreciate the help from someone who can quickly do it). Good, very polite visit to Murray GM. Thank you
