Car still broken
Bought a car year ago. From day one it has been a lemon. From rebuilding the engine to getting new fan for heat. Now sensors are going off and it's too much to handle. Asked her help to put my family in another vehicle and has fallen in deaf ears. I'm forced to go to another dealer now.

Excellent staff. Poor clean.
My vehicle came in for a second clean as it was still dirty when I bought it. It’s still dirty but Ross is an excellent service advisor and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle

it was OK after we got our right tires
you installed the wrong winter tires on our car and we got no apology or discount. Two people called us to say our car was ready but it was not because it had the wrong tires on it and it was obvious
