Have asked for few things and nothing ever come of what I asked
Rim was scuffed asked to be fixed never happen
Repeatedly phones and asked when your gonna fix and got the run around every time
Asked for mud flaps never happened
Not very goo service as far as I'm concerned

slow service
On June 23/17. I had Oil change and 2 service updates with an appointment
1-2 hour service job shouldn't take 5 1/2 hours

Great Customer Service.
Great team at Murray GM. From the moment i walked in to the car shop to final process of driving the car is what i would describe as flawless customer service. Brenda made sure i was well looked after.

Very disappointed
I was scheduled for "service air bag" at 9. Dropped off and agreed to a maintenance check and wheel alignment check and told about 11/2 hr more. 12:30 not in for air bag yet. Didn't get vehicle til 3:00 pm. Had I known it would have taken that long only the air bag light would have been looked at.
