Murray GM Moose Jaw

The Terrain stalled late Friday nite. The engine indicator light came on but did not flash. Checked the manual which indicated a couple issues it could be. Since it said maybe try a new tank of gasoline, we thought it could be driven at a very limited distance. On Sunday the light did not show in the dash board, but vehicle did stall couple times. Drop it off at 7:30 am on Monday to Murray GM (Moose Jaw). They informed us a short time later that it was a modular item that became defective. The part was ordered and arrive by 7:00 am next morning and we were inform that the vehicle was ready by 9:00 am. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the service Team at Murray GM in Moose Jaw. They deserve honourable mention.

My issue was diagnosed and repaired properly. But not only that, an other issue was discovered concerning coolant lines that I was not aware of. It was taken care of and I’m thankful that your mechanic found it..

I wasn’t actually at your shop. My husband takes my truck in for oil changes. He is hard of hearing and didn’t understand the special that went with the oil change and it wasn’t something he wanted. Matt Dayton came to his rescue and so all was good. Even though I have a Ford F-150 , I prefer to have all maintenance done at GM because I trust their service.

I Stopped in for oil change and Service Dept booked me in quickly and efficiently and performed the work just the same . Very satisfied !!

Hugh Fraser is courtesy and friendly, easy to speak to and good people skills. I would will go back again as I feel he is honest and willing to do the best for the customer.
