service took too long and vehicle was not ready as early as promised
The truck was booked in for warranty recall. I brought vehicle to dealer earlier than appointment time then left dealership. The vehicle was not finished at expected time. That happens sometimes because for work taking more time than expected for what ever reason. It seems to happen on a regular basis when I have taken my vehicles to Murray. I guess I will see how the next service appointment works out.

Stop harassing us
The service was ok but I’ve unsubscribed 3 or 4 times. Yet I still get emails. Stop it and leave us alone! WE DO NOT WANT EMAILS FROM YOU!!
