Car was not repaired as hoped it should have been
Where the body meets the bumper was missed with a body filler skim, painted over and clearcoated over the imperfection. I was told i could bring it in but we work the same hours as the body shop. Could not even leave the keys with anyone in the main dealer to leave for the body shop. Just a little more assistance from the dealer when this was brought up to them would have made it better. You have a shuttle insured to drive cars. You have mechanics also insured to drive cars. If you make a mistake right it. Do not just brush it off like it was. MPI has been contacted as nobody seems to want to do anything about this. And now my wife does not even care about it and we will not be doing any more business with craig dunn dealers whether its a GM or Dodge product.

Your business was far superior than our dealership here in Thompson
Although I have warranty and purchased my vehicle from our dealership in Thompson, I feel that some warranty work was not required and the pricing is more expensive than your dealership. Case in point I needed a new key. Your charge was ~$90 and my quote from my home dealership was $330. It was outrageous and it was the reason I waited to come down south. I will be moving to Portage when I retire and my next vehicle will purchased from your dealership. Thank you and your staff for a pleasant experience.
