Helpful, friendly staff. Found the vehicle I wanted.
I visited SMP to purchase a specific vehicle, which happened to be sold when I arrived. They found me another one, witbout asking, and sold it to me for same price. Very pleased.
The truck I wanted was there and the finance happened as expected.
When I went to view new trucks, the one I was interested in was in the showroom, a loaner was immediately provided for a test drive and I had the opportunity to test all the options. I put a down payment on it and picked it up the next week.
