Used Traverse we purchased and have had services aw SMP.
We were deceived and never received the return calls we were promised by the salesman who sold us this vehicle. After having to return to the dealership multiple times for a routine recall, and eventually agreeing to have an estimate on our 3 year old Traverse we were told that we had had it repaired to the tune of $9000, which we later learned had occurred before the dealership sold us the vehicle without disclosing this to us! Ultimately no explanation and no final calls were returned regarding this issue which ultimately affects the resale value of said vehicle as well as potential functional vulnerabilities in the future. Would you consider purchasing or recommending to others a vehicle from this dealership under these circumstances?
Tyson asked the right questions in regard to my problem. He was truthful and helpful in regards to my service concern. He made my visit to SMP as painless and quick as possible.
He was truthful and knowledgeable about my problem. If i need service again I will definitely be going back to Tyson.
