Hello Raymond. I am glad we finally had a chance to talk on the telephone. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to explain the extenuating circumstances leading to a longer than average wait time in the drive through the last time you (actually your wife) dropped off a vehicle. Thank you for understanding. Once again, please pass on my apologies to your wife for the delay that day. As discussed on the phone, your comments bring to light the need to orientate people to the drive through upon arrival, especially those who have not been here before.
