Took too long to let me know my keys were lost. I didn't think I was going to be there that long. But, on the good side, SMP is the only place I've purchased my vehicles so I'm hoping this was a one time bad experience.

While Levon offered excellent and attentive service, the process to do the repair felt disjointed and happenstance. I didnt understand that the repair was being planned outside of the actual SMP service dept which caused confusion with the SMP service people and myself. The clincher was Levon contacting me to ask when I would be dropping off our car on the morning of the appt - when it had been left with the Service Dept 2 hrs before (a significant schedule change to my family and work as I was told SMP would need the car for the ENTIRE day). Not massive but not overly smooth experience. Sorry!
Rick was very respectful of our time and things went very smooth. We went to look and came out with our beautiful Kia Soul. We are totally enjoying it and saving money on gas from our Tahoe which we are love for our truck now. Thanks
