Fantastic staff, friendly and courteous!
Now this is the way to buy a vehicle, the sales rep Sam Walz kept in contact with me by phone and answered all my questions right away over 2 days, he even made 2 videos of it running so we could hear it and decide if we wanted to come to the city. Sam was kind, considerate, honest and very helpful!! My husband and I drove in the next day(over 2 hrs one way). Sam Walz was the first person to greet us at the door. He didn`t disappoint when he said the used truck we had asked about was in good condition, we even got a detailed report of repairs done in there shop. All the staff were very friendly, even concerned about our 2 big dogs in the car, which Sam said we could bring them in the building!! Now that`s a great business! Everything from our test drive to settling on a price with Cory (sales manger) to picking out a gift was an great experience and we will highly recommend SMP to everyone!!

They definitely redeem themselves.
Now I may not have gotten the trade in that I wanted, b but let me tell you about the collision center. Rob and Laurie took such a good care of me and my baby Spark. The paint chip that was there has been completely fixed including the rock damages that were there from previous and Rob even was kindly enough to take care of my oil change that I was not expecting. SMP collision center completely made my Monday and probably my entire week. Thank you

From repairs to trade-ins the worst
First I bring my spark in to get fixed because somebody t-boned my side; come back to pick up my vehicle, and there's a huge chip of paint missing from my hood. Dude tells me they're not in the business of wrecking cars but fixing like I'm a stupid woman that doesn't know what my car look like before I brought it in, they claim it was there the whole time meanwhile they're showing me some not so clear photos that proves nothing. Then thinking I wanted to maybe trade in my vehicle I get some salesman again who just wants to get the "sale" and tells me they're going to check one thing and next thing you know I'm getting notifications for my credit bureau that somebody has checked more than five times on my account. Knowing well that I'm trading in a car to up my credit they decide to lower my credit by constantly checking things without my knowledge or permission. I had a rough time with Sherwood, but this was a way worse experience I've had and would never recommend a woman to go there by herself.

Excellent Customer Service!
Tom Walker delivers consistently exceptional customer service- he is patient; attentive; competent; proactive; and maintains a positive attitude before, during, and after the transactions are done. Keep it up! Will definitely recommend!
