The length of time to get the parts was annoying to begin with and then we had a call to put a serpentine belt with a car of 520
I felt that a call to indicate that the belt required changing seems either wrong or not to be a bit of scam for the untrained eye. I presently own another vehicle with over 200,000 kms and just changed the belt. Do you think I felt that something was wrong with this suggestion?

My car was in for an oil change, and to determine if there were issues with a belt. Crystal ensured all of the work, including paper work and any questions, was taken care of. She placed a call to let me know when the vehicle was ready, and inquired if all of my needs were met. She then arranged for a shuttle. Thanks Crystal and SMP!

Didnt know what to expect. SMP is a very busy place first thing in the AM - was a little overwhelming
fully satisfied with the experience. as mentioned, it was the first time I attended SMP for service work and as such, did not know what to expect.
