Crystal, Lyle and the staff at SMP were diligent in resolving my truck issue and I was happy with the outcome.
A tinkling noise at 1000 rpm was coming from the under-carriage which was a concern to me. After a couple visits and investigations the noise was traced to the catalytic convertor and it was replaced.
Came in for Cobalt recall and left with $200 bill and nothing repaired. Wanted SMP to fix remote start that doesn't work as a result of previous SMP work done. Engine light on do had to diagnose and still on so $200 bill for nothing!!!

I liked being informed as the maintenance progressed.
I was kept in well informed as the work progressed. I am very pleased with my decision to try SMP after not having a great experience at a competitiors shop.
