I find the mechanics do not follow my preferences (ei)old parts returned,proper oil on change
Fix heater then had to be done again because of leaking, Installed new turbo and put in wrong oil when the oil was changed, customer supplied the oil and it was changed with the oil of customers oil.
Very professional and left messages several places to get in touch with me. Very grateful for that!
Find the upselling culture that has arisen at the dealership to be VERY disappointing.
