I have recently purchased an excellent used vehicle from SMP. I was reassured by the level of disclosure about the vehicle and by the knowledge of the salesperson Kelley. He worked hard to connect with me on a personal level and was engaged but not high pressure. The finance department rep Rod did his job thoroughly informing of options without pressure. Overall a great experience with the a satisfied purchase
