It was very good to have the car done in time for our trip.

Nice to have the car done and washed for the 980 miles one way.

At first I wasn't going to get a loaneer as my car had to be there overnihght, and then she got me one.

Once my car was diagnosed finally, I got the proper service I expected. Crystal did solve the problem and it was really appreciated.

The service and wait time at SMP is exceptional

Service with SMP has always been excellent with complete professionalism displayed by the various servers I have had contact with. My last experience, to-day, which was an oil change, was very positive
