I had a door handle replaced in late March and the key lock did not work since then. This week while rolling down the window there was a clicking noise and the door locked. It could not be opened in any manner. Took it to the service and and they were able to fit me in. The work done was to remove the handle and remove two locking rods from the handle on the inside of the door. I received a bill for the work done even though they had worked on that exact part earlier. They said that a clip had come off the door handle lock and that is what caused the problem. This indicates to me that they do NOT warrantee the work done by the service Tec's. It is extremely unlikely that I will ever purchase a vehicle or have any work done by SMP ever again. I can not recommend this Company to anyone and will be sharing this experience with friends and family. B. Byers

Found our sales person and all the other staff very knowledgable and more the willing to help in any way. We had one little small issue but it was resolved in a timely manner.
I bought a brand new 2015 Traverse. Greg had started out looking for a used one for me but I eventually decided to go with brand new and he was wonderful in helping me out.
Great sales experience, mediocre finance experience.
Sales representative was great! Tool the time to address all of our questions and helped us find the vehicle we needed! The finance department was extra pushy with services that we didn't need and didn't mention some other charges that would have been included in the final bill.
