Byron was very knowledgeable about the product as well as a good listener in helping me choose the best auto for me. He did not rush or pressure me in any way and was respectful throughout the process, making it so much easier.

I recently purchased a 2023 Passport and from the beginning of the process to the delivery the vehicle Byron was excellent to work with. Byron's product knowledge was excellent, he was answering questions and informing rather than selling. Provided honest answers on the pricing so there were no surprises when going into finance office. Byron was referred to me. I came in to have my 2022 HR-V serviced and while I was waiting I went to the Sales department and met Byron. He was so helpful, even though I didn’t have an appointment, and he had other customers.
