Great deal, excellent service.
I came in looking for a new car. Salesman narrowed my search between a few various models on the lot. Simple process, far less hastle than my previous car buying experiences. Best service I have received in a long time. Will be coming back to buy my next car in a few years.

Friendly, fair, and good service/quality
Devin was my first contact at Mazda Barrhaven. He was very approachable, informative, and did not pressure me at all. He helped me make the best decision for what I was looking for in a car. I would highly recommend him to friends/family. The manager Mark, was reasonable and friendly, making my buying experience enjoyable. Paolo in financing was also very friendly, laid back and helpful.

I wouldn't go back to Mazda Barrhaven to purchase a car.
I was not happy with the trade in offer on my existing vehicle I was trading in. I was told that the car would be sold that Friday to the highest bidder at an online auction. Several days later it was listed for sale at Mazda for several thousand more than I was offered. It's these little untruths that give car dealerships a bad name. Just be honest!!
