Recent purchase of RAM truck
I recently purchased a RAM truck from Hassan Al Abboudy. He was extremely polite and respectful. He reached out to me after I expressed interest in a new truck and followed up as to where I was on my search. He was not pushy at all and always represented Barrhaven Chrysler in a professioal manner. I look forword to doing business with him again.

Terrible
Terrible service, service desk was terrible, called 15 times in one day no answer at the service desk. Very rude people at the front desk. They told me they were putting brand new headlights in my car and that’s what I was waiting on and got there to pick it up and they were the old headlights. I never recommend ANYONE to buy from there.

NO RESPONSE!!
I visited the show room twice, I had more knowledge on the Truck I was looking at then the salesperson I was dealing with. Since then, I have called multiple times and left my number to be contacted. I still have not received a call. The sales department here is well below the standard for Dodge/Chrysler dealerships.
