Amazing Customer Service!
Just want to give a shout out to Barrhaven Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for their awesome customer service. First time visiting them on Friday and there was a mix up on services order (don’t let the sleep deprived man drop off the vehicle). Long story work that wasnt needed was done (agh money) the service manager Ryan was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Was very impressed with the customer service and the service quality done to the vehicle. Would highly recommend!

Great Experience
What I thought was just going to be an oil change, turned into a new truck purchase. Wayne took me through all the options on how they can get me into a new truck for roughly the same amount. A great experience from beginning to end!

Bait and switch....
I enquired about a Jeep Wrangler with certain options and "Jared" said they have 2 with those specified options that are not on their website and made an appointment for me to test drive them. Drove to Barrhaven from downtown in rush hour and these vehicles do not exist. Salesman immediately went into a sales pitch for lease specials...Dilawri has lost my business for life.
