2019 Jeep Cherrokee North
Steve was very personable and helpful, understanding exactly what we were looking for and also what we had decided that we did not require in a new vehicle. He was able to provide that vehicle almost immediately and we were able to take it home with us within 2 days. Amazing! and no salesperson being pushy, just accommodating.

Service Department
We had an issue with our AC in our Nissan Rogue and took it to the Jim Thompson for a service appointment. We dealt with Catarina and she was professional and always kept us to informed. The service team was friendly and professional and we will definitely come back for service.
