No hidden charges everything up front.
Always felt the sale person was there to pad their pockets, but Matt changed that and I have respect for him. Felt I got a deal that was good for both sides.

Received a letter in the mail contacted Dean and he explained that it was no obligation just 15 minutes of my time to get me into a new vehicle for the same payment , I went in to see Dean and he was straight up as usual and got me into a new van for the same payment .
