the overall experience was good however upon pick up of my vehicle i had add on i had to pay for that were part of the sale
I was happy with the final deal and the sales person however
when i picked up the truck and went through the controls etc i found i i didn't have siirus radio which i was told twice i had in the radio leading up to the sale . I had to pay 400 to have a pod and sirrus service after the sale.
I also asked about towing capability and if it had a hitch. When i picked it up it didnt have a hitch and i had another 200 out of pocket expense.
all these little things add up and i may have chosen another model if i was told the truth up front

Very well taken care of without high pressure sales
Dean was a great sales person he worked with me to get a reasonable amount for my trade in was was critical to me based on the shape of my previous truck .
He was also very organized and met timelines agreed too .
