My overall experience at Thompson’s chrysler was AMAZING. Dean provided amazing customer service and ensured that I was taken care of. Tony (Finance Manager) was super helpful and explained every bit of detail required to ensure I fully understood everything about my Financing/paperwork. Both Dean and Tony made me feel super helped and confident in my vehicle search. 11/10 service!!!!!

This is our 3rd purchase with Dean. He goes beyond any expectations that we have every time we go in. He finds out what you are looking for in a vehicle, what expectations you have when getting a vehicle, and does it in a timely matter. When we went in looking for our most recent purchase Dean search the vehicle that night and arranged to have the vehicle delivered Kingston to test drive Monday morning. Dean is confident and knowledge. He knows his products and stands behind his words. Dean makes sure you feel comfortable to ask any question and voice any concerns. We would only buy from Dean and recommend anyone and everyone to Dean. Thank you Dean for making our most recent trade in quick and easy.

The experience was great from start to finish. We were very pleased with the service provided by Dean Myles...it was 5 stars! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I would like this a whole lot better if you weren't forced to title and write a review! That's 100% why I haven't bothered - let me give my stars and move on! I was more than happy with the service in getting our van though.
