My purchase went smoothly from start to finish because of help by Chris White.
I saw the vehicle that I wanted as soon as I drove into the front lot. From there to the licensing and insurance and transfer of ownership everything happened with Chris's help.

Loving the Ram!!
After visiting a few other dealships looking for the best deal and service to purchase our new Dodge Ram, we went into Jim Thompson Chrysler in Kingston and have never had a regret!
Our salesman Dean Myles was the best, very knowledgeable, upfront with a great deal, everything from test drive to pickup was completely smooth.
Also Ryan Martin in the financial end was awesome!

Buying my new truck from Jim Thompson was a relaxing hassle free experience.
This is the second truck I’ve purchased from Jim Thompson Chrysler. The staff are professional and courteous from the service desk for oil changes to the show room when purchasing a new vehicle. The sales representative ensured I had the vehicle that met my needs. When I picked up the vehicle the truck was immaculate with all accessories installed. I also received a very thorough orientation of of vehicle features with emphasis on the the Bluetooth and Uconnect.
