Ali and other staff provided me with all I needed to know to assess, learn a bout and drive my new vehicle.
I came to Bank Street Mazda unfamiliar with the dealership, and with the CX-5 I was thinking of purchasing. When I left with my new vehicle a few days later, I felt that I had been treated very well. Ali Said, my salesperson, was respectful, polite , enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He was thorough in familiarizing me with the features of the vehicle. He walked me through the whole process with ease. Thank you, Ali, in particular, but thanks to all involved as well.

Amazing!
Hussein knew this would be my first time buying a car, so he took his time with me. He explained all of the answers to my questions, and in the end he gave me a great deal on the car I really wanted. He even sent me a message the next day after buying the car to see how things are going with it. I was very satisfied with the service he and every one else at the dealership provided.

Friendly, professional service.
Hussein was great! My wife and I were looking to trade in our older Mazda for a newer model and we had a price in mind. Hussein worked with us and was able to find us an amazing vehicle within our budget so we were very happy. He was friendly and was never pushy or aggressive in his tactics. Thanks Hussein!
