Bad Attitude
The sales person I interacted with over email had a very bad attitude. This is my worst experience in dealing with internet sales over the last 10 years.

They were honest, accommodating, and fit the car I loved into my budget
Stu sold me a used 2014 Hyundai Elantra GL. He showed me all of the minor issues and did not attempt to hide them in any way. Louis was great as he allowed for me to take the car to my mechanic and go for a lengthy test drive. Once I decided the Elantra was the car for me, Stu was able to assist by making the price of the car fit into my budget. I loved my experience at bank street Hyundai and Stu Dodge is by far the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Lastly, none of this would have been possible without the help of an amazing manager by the name of Louis.

Great experience with Boudy the sales consultant
I just purchased a 2014 Tuscon and am so pleased with my experience. Boudy was efficient, kind, and sincere. I believe I received an excellent deal.
The financial officer Chris was just as great as was the Sales Manager Louis.
I cannot say enough about the dealership and would highly recommend them.
The dealership itself was clean and modern and very comfortable. I met the service people and they too seemed very nice.
All in all it is a 10 out of 10 car buying experience!
