I had the absolute greatest experience at bank street Hyundai. In all honesty, I was dreading going in (due to discomforting experiences in other dealerships), but I was quickly put at ease with the incredible staff at this location. I’ve never seen so many friendly, happy, and kind people all in one place! My sales consultant Moe Sabra was extremely pleasant to work with. I was contacted by him via email (I think after I signed up for a coupon online), and right away from the first couple of interactions by email, I knew I was going to be buying from him. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and super approachable/down to earth! When I met him in person, all of those qualities were magnified and I felt very lucky to be working with him. I really felt like I could trust him, and that he was working *with* me, instead of *against* me to get me the car and price I want. I didn’t feel this way with any other person I met! I was actually offered a cheaper price at another dealership (not by much, maybe 6 cents less biweekly) but I didn’t feel comfortable with the consultant I was with, so I ended up going with moe. Being able to trust the person who is selling me such an expensive item is super important to me, so I really appreciate his integrity and personality. I never in a million years thought buying/leasing a car would be a positive experience, but Moe and the rest of the team at bank street Hyundai completely proved me wrong!!! It makes me look forward to my lease ending and going back to work with them on my next vehicle :).

Knowledgeable salesperson. Purchasing process was well explained. Salesperson reviewed the vehicle delivery certificate in detail. Finance department very professional and pleasant.

The staff at Dilawri Hyundai Bank Street treat you like a VIP. From showing you the vehicles, to test drives and up to the purchasing and pickup of the vehicle, they treat you with respect and are there to answer all questions and make sure you have considered all options. Will be back for my next car.

I bought a new 2018 Santa Fe. My salesman George and finance manager Chris were very knowledgeable, did not make me feel any pressure and were pleasant to deal with. The vehicle was ready for our scheduled pick up, clean and full of gas.
