I had a great experience with bank street Hyundai. From when you walk in the door, to when I signed the paperwork for my new car. It truly was exceptional. A special shout out to Justin Yoo and Ernesto Lorello for helping me out and making the process so easy and enjoyable.

Bought a new vehicle
Firas came outside to greet us and took care us like we were royalty! He was just fantastic. Very personable, attentive and relaxed. I just can't say enough good things about our experience. We feel the same about Ernesto. Very relaxed and confident and made us feel very comfortable. We are very happy!
